簡介

羅訊,深圳大學(xué)電子與信息工程學(xué)院特聘教授,國家級領(lǐng)軍人才、國家級青年人才;IEEE杰出青年工程師獎、IEEE MTT學(xué)會功勛獎獲得者;愛思唯爾-斯坦福大學(xué)全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家(終身/年度)。長期從事大數(shù)據(jù)電子與人工智能微系統(tǒng),數(shù)字化射頻/微波/毫米波集成電路,片上太赫茲通信,可重構(gòu)無源電路與系統(tǒng),智慧傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò),生物微電子集成系統(tǒng),多維集成封裝等前沿科技與應(yīng)用研究。主持國家基礎(chǔ)加強重點研究項目(首席科學(xué)家)、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金國際(地區(qū))合作研究項目、國家重點研發(fā)計劃重點專項(首席科學(xué)家)等國家級重要項目。近年來以第一作者及通訊作者身份發(fā)表期刊/會議論文180余篇,含IEEE JSSC、ISSCC 30余篇,IEEE TMTT、IMS 50余篇,IEEE MWCL、RFIC、CICC、EDL/TED、TCAS-I/II 60余篇;授權(quán)專利60余件(含歐美專利20余件)。兼/曾任IEEE MWCL責(zé)任主編,IEEE OJSSCS副主編等,IEEE IMS國際會議技術(shù)委員會分委會主席,IEEE ISSCC、IMS、RFIC、CICC國際會議技術(shù)委員會委員,IEEE JSSC、TMTT等20多個SCI期刊審稿人,IEEE IWS、RFIT等國際會議技術(shù)委員會共同主席等。培育國家級領(lǐng)軍人才、國家級青年人才6人。
