姜梅,女,2012年獲北京大學(xué)微電子學(xué)與固體電子學(xué)博士學(xué)位。目前為深圳大學(xué)電子與信息工程學(xué)院副教授。主要教授的課程包括模擬電子技術(shù)、CMOS模擬集成電路設(shè)計(本科)、模擬集成電路設(shè)計(研究生)、微電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)等。研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)楦咝阅苣M與射頻集成電路設(shè)計。主持并完成國家自然科學(xué)青年基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、深圳市面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、深圳市基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),作為唯一參與方參加深圳市技術(shù)攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、深圳市重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。目前,已累計發(fā)表本專業(yè)領(lǐng)域高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文40篇,獲得授權(quán)專利6項(xiàng)、集成電路版圖專利2項(xiàng)。
