姜梅,女,2012年獲北京大學微電子學與固體電子學博士學位。目前為深圳大學電子與信息工程學院副教授主要教授的課程包括模擬電子技術、CMOS模擬集成電路設計(本科)、模擬集成電路設計(研究生)、微電子技術基礎等。研究領域為高性能模擬與射頻集成電路設計。主持并完成國家自然科學青年基金項目1項、深圳市面上項目1項、深圳市基礎研究項目2項,作為唯一參與方參加深圳市技術攻關項目1項、深圳市重點項目1項。目前,已累計發(fā)表本專業(yè)領域高水平學術論文40篇,獲得授權專利6項、集成電路版圖專利2項。
