個人簡介

趙曉錦,深圳大學射頻異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成全國重點實驗室特聘教授博士生導師,入選國家級青年人才計劃和斯坦福全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單。長期從事CMOS圖像傳感SOC芯片、MEMS-CMOS氣體傳感SOC芯片和集成電路硬件安全方向的研究5主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃國家特支計劃國家自然科學基金JKW重點項目華為海思技術(shù)開發(fā)重點項目、廣汽研究院技術(shù)開發(fā)重點項目10縱向和橫向科研項目,經(jīng)費超過2000萬元迄今為止在IEEE JSSCTCAS-I/IITIFSTVLSITCADVLSI SymposiumCICCESSCIRCASSCCMEMSISCAS一系列國際期刊和會議上發(fā)表115篇文章(SCI國際期刊論文56篇,EI國際會議論文59篇),撰寫書籍章節(jié)2章,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利16,其中論文的谷歌學術(shù)引用次數(shù)為1830次,h因子為23i10因子為49。曾獲IEEE MEMS’2020杰出論文獎(全球僅三篇,系該國際頂級會議舉辦30余屆以來,內(nèi)地高校第二次榮獲此獎項IEEE EDL’2020封面論文,IEEE EDSSC’2018最佳學生論文獎,AsianHOST’2019最佳論文獎提名。現(xiàn)任IEEE高級會員,IEEE Sensors Journal編委(Associate Editor),IEEE TCAS-I客座編輯(Guest Editor),IEEE電路與系統(tǒng)學會(CASS)專家委員會委員,IEEE電路與系統(tǒng)學會深圳分會主席2020-2023以及深圳市半導體異質(zhì)集成技術(shù)重點實驗室副主任,并擔任包括DACISCASAPCCASPrimeAsiaAsianHOST等多個權(quán)威國際會議的TPC委員、大會主席、技術(shù)委員會共同主席和分會場主席等。

1. CMOS圖像傳感SOC芯片,包括可信圖像傳感芯片、偏振圖像傳感芯片、感算融合圖像傳感芯片等;

2. MEMS-CMOS氣體傳感SOC芯片,包括MEMS-CMOS異質(zhì)集成技術(shù)、氣體傳感接口電路、氣體識別AI算法及其輕量化ASIC實現(xiàn)等;

3. 集成電路硬件安全芯片,包括物理不可克隆函數(shù)PUF芯片、真隨機數(shù)發(fā)生器TRNG芯片等。
