
黎冰,博士,副教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,深圳大學(xué)電子與信息工程學(xué)院副院長。本科畢業(yè)于華中科技大學(xué)電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè),博士畢業(yè)于香港中文大學(xué)電子工程系微電子方向。長期從事模擬與混合信號集成電路、異質(zhì)集成微系統(tǒng)等方面的研究。主要研究興趣包括應(yīng)用于信號處理、通信、音頻、測量等方面的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換器芯片,MEMS傳感與執(zhí)行微系統(tǒng)芯片,端側(cè)AI SoC芯片,光電融合異質(zhì)集成微系統(tǒng)芯片等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。曾被評為深圳市海外高層次引進(jìn)人才(“孔雀計劃”),深圳市優(yōu)秀教師,曾擔(dān)任IEEE電路與系統(tǒng)學(xué)會深圳分會主席。積極探索與實踐拔尖創(chuàng)新人才自主培養(yǎng),主持廣東省質(zhì)量工程教改項目一項、校級教研重點項目一項和課程思政改革示范項目一項,組織并參與建設(shè)國家級一流本科課程一門、戰(zhàn)略性新興領(lǐng)域“十四五”高等教育教材體系建設(shè)團(tuán)隊一項,牽頭獲得騰訊優(yōu)秀教學(xué)管理團(tuán)隊獎一項、優(yōu)秀本科教學(xué)組織管理獎一項、深圳大學(xué)青年教師講課競賽一等獎等。近年來在《IEEE Transaction on Circuits and System I: Regular Papers》、《IEEE Transaction on Very Large Scale Integration Systems》等集成電路領(lǐng)域國際重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊和會議上以第一作者發(fā)表論文多篇,并在IEEE國際SoC芯片設(shè)計會議上獲得最佳論文獎。近年來,立項主持國家級重點項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金面上、青年項目、科技部國家重點研發(fā)計劃子課題等科研項目10余項,經(jīng)費累計超1000萬元。榮獲中國電子學(xué)會技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎、中國電子信息博覽會創(chuàng)新金獎、IEEE國際SoC芯片大會最佳論文獎,首屆深圳大學(xué)十大科技進(jìn)展獎等。
