韓素婷深圳大學(xué)教授,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年基金、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金、廣東省珠江人才青年拔尖人才獲得者,選斯坦福大學(xué)全球前2%科學(xué)家(終身榜單)。


個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

2014年博士畢業(yè)于香港城市大學(xué)物理系,2014年至2016年任職香港城市大學(xué)超金剛石與先進(jìn)薄膜研究中心(COSDAF)博士后研究員,2016 年加入深圳大學(xué)任副教授,2021年晉升教授(長(zhǎng)聘),2022 年晉升特聘教授。申請(qǐng)人近十年來致力于新型存儲(chǔ)器件及類腦計(jì)算芯片技術(shù)的研究,以第一作者及通訊作者身份在發(fā)表包括Science,Nature Communications(2), Advanced Materials(15),Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials(20)等在內(nèi)的在SCI 論文120余篇,SCI 引用13,700 次,H因子62。
