聶偉，美國耶魯大學博士后，2011年獲電子科技大學博士學位，深圳大學電子與信息工程學院講師、研究生導師，曾在華為、中興等通信企業(yè)工作。

研究興趣：
研究方向主要是基于騰訊、谷歌和阿里巴巴投資的Barefoot可編程芯片的在安全和深度學習加速等領域的應用，參照開源程序語言 P4 編寫代碼，并將其燒錄到芯片上運行替代專有的ASIC芯片。
