全智，深圳大學(xué)特聘教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，國家級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才。獲美國加州大學(xué)洛杉磯分校（UCLA）電子工程博士學(xué)位，在美國硅谷工作多年，歷任高通、蘋果公司高級(jí)工程師與射頻系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)師。獲中國通信學(xué)會(huì)技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)（第一完成人）、IEEE國際信號(hào)處理學(xué)會(huì)最佳論文獎(jiǎng)（排名第一）、UCLA杰出博士獎(jiǎng)等榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；發(fā)表IEEE等期刊論文50余篇，獲國內(nèi)外發(fā)明專利授權(quán)40多項(xiàng)，主導(dǎo)和參與制定IEEE國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)6項(xiàng)。
