個人簡介:
2014年博士畢業(yè)于香港城市大學物理系,2014年至2016年任職香港城市大學超金剛石與先進薄膜研究中心(COSDAF)博士后研究員,2016 年加入深圳大學任副教授,2021年晉升教授(長聘),2022 年晉升特聘教授。申請人近十年來致力于新型存儲器件及類腦計算芯片技術的研究,以第一作者及通訊作者身份在發(fā)表包括Science,Nature Communications(2), Advanced Materials(15),Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials(20)等在內(nèi)的在SCI 論文120余篇,SCI 引用13,700 次,H因子62。
