個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:
閆巖,博士,副教授,特聘研究員,電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)系副主任,深圳市高層次人才,南山區(qū)領(lǐng)航人才。2016年獲得香港城市大學(xué)哲學(xué)博士學(xué)位,同年入職深圳大學(xué)。主要從事半導(dǎo)體器件(薄膜晶體管,傳感器)和異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成工藝與電路方向的相關(guān)科學(xué)與應(yīng)用研究。已在國(guó)際期刊IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Electron Device Letters, International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing, Materials Horizons和Small等雜志和會(huì)議發(fā)表論文100多篇,并先后榮獲 Materials Horizons 全球新銳科學(xué)家及 Journal of Materials Chemistry C“全球新銳科學(xué)家”稱(chēng)號(hào)。主持國(guó)家級(jí)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)(面上、青年項(xiàng)目)、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、廣東省教育廳青年創(chuàng)新人才項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。擔(dān)任中國(guó)材料研究學(xué)會(huì)重大學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域特邀牽頭專(zhuān)家、中國(guó)材料大會(huì)2025“面向異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成的信息材料與器件”分會(huì)主席、IEEE電子器件和固態(tài)電路國(guó)際會(huì)議(IEEE EDSSC 2025)“信息功能材料與器件”分會(huì)主席、第三屆全國(guó)集成微系統(tǒng)建模與仿真學(xué)術(shù)交流會(huì)“射頻/光電/太赫茲/微系統(tǒng)建模仿真”分會(huì)主席,以及第三屆光學(xué)、顯示與新能源國(guó)際會(huì)議“光電子材料與信息器件”分會(huì)主席。
