報告摘要:The rapid advancement of single cell technologies has shed new light on the complex mechanisms of cellular heterogeneity. Identification of intercellular heterogeneity is one of the most critical tasks in single-cell sequencing studies. In this talk, we will address the problem of single cell RNA-sequencing data analysis in terms of nonlinear modelling for cellular relationships descriptions. The complex multi-omics data integration for heterogeneity analysis will also be discussed.
報告人:姜昊,中國人民大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)院副教授、 博士生導(dǎo)師,主要從事機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、 數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、計算生物信息學(xué)、基于學(xué)習(xí)的建模、優(yōu)化和控制等方面的研究工作,主持/完成國家自然基金項(xiàng)目 3項(xiàng),并以核心成員身份參與國家自然科學(xué)基金重大研究計劃集成項(xiàng)目。在 Bioinformatics, Applied Mathematical Modeling, Information Sciences,IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and learning Systems, Applied Soft Computing 等國際權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表論文 30 余篇。
