個人簡介

付蕾,深圳大學(xué)附屬華南醫(yī)院研究員,現(xiàn)任深圳大學(xué)附屬華南醫(yī)院醫(yī)學(xué)人工智能所常務(wù)副所長。2021年博士畢業(yè)于北京師范大學(xué)方維海院士團隊;2019-2020年受國家留學(xué)基金委資助公派留學(xué)美國Boston University,導(dǎo)師Qiang Cui;2016年于美國University of Wisconsin-Madison進行訪問學(xué)習(xí),導(dǎo)師Frank A. Weinhold。博士后階段于中國科學(xué)院廣州生物醫(yī)藥與健康研究院和深圳市羅湖區(qū)人民醫(yī)院和浙江大學(xué)從事研究工作。在Journal of Clinical Investigation, Nature Communications, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, Biophysical Journal等國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇。


主要研究方向

主要研究方向包括生命科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、材料等多學(xué)科交叉領(lǐng)域的AI4Science工作,結(jié)合高性能計算和人工智能在腫瘤免疫領(lǐng)域的分子機理解析、蛋白質(zhì)互作、生物大分子機制、抗原肽/抗體優(yōu)化設(shè)計、人工智能輔助的藥物的理性設(shè)計及其在疾病防治中的應(yīng)用等。

專業(yè)課基礎(chǔ)扎實,業(yè)務(wù)能力強,精通至少一門編程語言(Python,C/C++,F(xiàn)ortran),有較好的英語讀寫能力,對人工智能,計算生物學(xué)及其交叉研究有濃厚興趣,有良好的動手實踐能力與團隊合作精神,學(xué)習(xí)積極努力,認真踏實。
